Are the cars limited to the Hampton Roads area of Virginia only?
No, you can take the cars throughout the state of Virginia, Maryland, and North Carolina. However, there are unlimited miles for the duration of your rental.
How does the "public" drop off work?
Cars left in public places such as a library parking lot, must be in the condition they were
Can I drop my rental back at the office/rental lot?
Yes, rentals can be dropped off at anytime at the office. Rentals dropped off after hours will be treated like a “public” drop off.
In the event of an accident, what should I do?
Treat an accident in our rentals like you would your own. Call the police immediately and then contact our office either by phone or text to notify us of the incident. We will get in touch with our insurance carrier and inform you of next steps.
Do the cars have to be returned to the car lot?
No, cars can be dropped in any public location between Norfolk, VA and Richmond, VA. Cars must be left in an area that they will not incur any additional fees (towing, tickets, etc.) Any additional fees will be deducted from the security deposit.
Are tolls included?
Yes, the costs of the tolls are already integrated in your rental fees. We believe in upfront costs and avoiding any later surprises.
Is there an app for reserving the rental and dropping the rental off?
Not currently, however, our goal is to eventually make the rental process easier with an app for our clients.
What type of cars are available for rent?
Our cars range from compact to luxury cars. Our cars of capable of meeting all of our clients needs from business to play.
